Every order that you place on a working day before 5:00 pm, we already deliver within 1 or 2 working days (depending on your location) to your home or at work by PostNL/DPD/DHL/Mondial Relay. Do you order for an amount above € 40? Then we ship the order for free. No packages are supplied by the couriers on holidays. The package will be delivered the next working day. All prices shown on our website include VAT.

Delayed delivery
We promise to deliver the order on time, you can trust that. In 98% of the cases, PostNL/DPD/DHL/Mondial Relay can achieve these promises. If your package is delayed due to circumstances, we do everything we can to deliver your package as soon as possible.
Not at home?
Are you not at home at the time of delivery? Then the package can be delivered to the neighbors or PostNL/DPD/DHL/Mondial Relay tries to deliver the package again the next working day. After two failed attempts, the package will be delivered on the nearest PostNL/DPD/DHL/Mondial Relay point, where you can then pick up the package. PostNL/DPD/DHL/Mondial Relay reports this by means of A note in the letterbox. The online tracking data can also be found where the package is delivered.
Delivery process
If you order before 5 p.m. on workdays, your order will be sent on the same day. We ensure that you can keep an eye on the delivery. We do this by constantly keeping you informed:

When we have processed and sent your order, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking details of your shipment.

Package not received?
If the track and trace indicates that your package is delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then start an investigation at the courier into the lost package. Please note, the examination must be registered within 10 days of the specified delivery date, otherwise we can no longer handle it due to possible fraud.
